This bill requires uniform reporting by entities that assess, collect and receive revenue from pre or post adjudication costs, fines and fees. By the end of 2020, state and local entities are required to begin reporting, at minimum, the amount of all pre and post adjudication court costs, fines and fees assessed or imposed, the amount collected, outstanding, retained, and disbursed and the amounts received from disbursements.
