FFJC’s online Clearinghouse – still under construction – will collect and digest all of the research, pilot projects, litigation, legislation, court-rule changes, and media related to fines and fees in the United States.  Our goal is to translate this information into actionable guidance and tools that can be used by policy makers, advocates, courts, and community organizations interested in reform.  For example, a community organization interested in ending driver’s license suspensions for non-payment of fines and fees would find model legislation, court rule changes, research on the negative impacts of suspensions, and pilot reinstatement projects, as well as messaging and communications strategies to help achieve their goals.

Coming Soon.
