Administrative Assistant

Kelly Burgess is the Administrative Assistant at the Fines and Fees Justice Center (FFJC), where she provides high-level administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.

Kelly is an experienced administrative professional with over 15 years of experience providing executive support to senior leadership across academic, nonprofit, and corporate environments. She specializes in complex calendar management, budget oversight, event coordination, and developing operational systems.

In addition to her administrative expertise, Kelly is an accomplished editorial and fine art photographer. Her work has been featured in The New York Times, Wall Street Journal, Le Monde, Politico, and at the Institute of Contemporary Art Boston. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Photography and serves as Executive Director of Too Tired Project, an arts advocacy nonprofit that uses photography to advance mental health awareness and destigmatize mental health challenges through curated exhibitions, photo book publishing, and community dialogue.
