Julie Fisher-Rowe is a narrative strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping advocates, organizations, and coalitions translate research into effective communications and narrative change strategies. She specializes in developing messaging frameworks, training programs, and practical tools that support social change efforts across issues including criminal justice, racial equity, democracy, immigration, and family well-being.

Julie previously served as Director of Narrative and Engagement at The Opportunity Agenda, where she led narrative strategy initiatives, developed widely used communications frameworks, and trained thousands of advocates, organizers, and cultural leaders.
