Ray Khalfani currently serves as a Data Analytics Manager, cultivating data insights within a multi-city partnership aimed at driving innovation across local public sector workforce development and climate equity programs. He previously served as the Senior Analyst for Worker Justice and Criminal Legal Systems at the Georgia Budget and Policy Institute, utilizing his data analytics acumen, advocacy, and policy expertise to help advance state-level policy efforts to center the workforce and justice needs of underserved Georgians, including those marginalized by race and income.

With unique experience in data analytics, policy development, and consulting, Ray continues to serve as an independent advocate around the intersections of criminal legal system fines and fees and worker/economic justice. He also serves on a newly formed Georgia Fines and Fees Coalition, created with the mission of advancing a shared statewide movement toward fines and fees justice without exploitation.
