Yusuf Dahl
Yusuf Dahl is a social entrepreneur and policy advocate working at the intersection of economic mobility, housing access, and workforce development. He is the Founder and Executive Director of The Century Promise, a public-private partnership that brings together school systems, employers, and higher education institutions to create pathways to family-sustaining careers. In partnership with the City of Allentown, his work helped secure a $20 million federal grant to expand workforce participation among prime-age adults.
Yusuf also leads a national campaign to repeal the Thurmond Amendment, a federal policy that limits access to housing for individuals with prior convictions. His advocacy has mobilized bipartisan support across government, industry, and advocacy sectors.
