Clean Slate Day
Clean Slate Day, first started in 2015, is an annual event that provides relief to people who owe fines and fees to the Topeka Municipal Court. This program allows people to enroll in payment plans, schedule new court dates for outstanding warrants, and expunge old violations without the fear of arrest.
You can read a description of the program here.
