Chief Operating Officer
Amy Dixon is the Chief Operating Officer at the Fines and Fees Justice Center. She is principally responsible for leading FFJC’s financial management and implementing the organization’s strategic vision by translating it into a sound operational plan.
Immediately prior to joining FFJC, Amy worked at Get Covered New Jersey, bringing NJ’s insurance exchange online to cover over 324,000 residents with affordable health insurance. For twenty years prior, she worked in social and economic justice organizations and public health overseeing finance, operations, HR and fundraising.
Amy holds an M.S. in nonprofit management from The Milano Graduate School of New School, and a B.S. in Environmental Policy and Management from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. She lives in South Orange, NJ with her husband, daughter and dogs.
