Estefania is the Project Manager at the Fines and Fees Justice Center. In this role, she provides essential administrative and project management support to the National Advocacy and Campaigns team, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

With a robust foundation in nonprofit operations, event coordination, and a dedicated commitment to DEIA-driven policy development, Estefania most recently provided essential operations support to the International Refugee Assistance Project. Before that, she helped manage the Seattle office of the American Civil Liberties Union. Furthermore, her passion for social justice extends beyond borders as she served as the Pro-Bono Managing Director for an NGO in rural Ecuador, dedicated to bridging educational disparities for rural students transitioning to urban schools.

A Pacific Northwest native, Estefania is an avid backpacker, plein-air painter, and proud Swarthmore College alum. She currently resides in Staten Island, NY with her partner and two curly labradoodles.
