Rachele Grieco Cole is the Operations and Grants Manager at FFJC.

She manages its active grants and contracts and develops and administers internal operational processes. She also assists the Co-Directors with the overall administration of FFJC, and serves as liaison to its fiscal sponsor for all contractual, financial, and human resources policies and activities.

Prior to joining FFJC, Rachele supported the work of the Laura and John Arnold Foundation’s Criminal Justice initiative and facilitated the initiative’s grants administration. Prior to that role, she had a long career managing the offices for mergers and acquisitions firms.

Rachele holds a B.A. in English from Georgian Court College and an M.A. from The General Theological Seminary of the Episcopal Church. In her free time she is a spiritual director and retreat leader.
