This bill repeals the authority to collect certain criminal administrative fees including fees for public defenders, booking, mandatory drug testing and costs related to incarceration and probation supervision. The bill also makes the unpaid balance of these court imposed costs uncollectible and requires that any portion of a judgement imposing those costs be vacated.
