NCLC Litigation Tracker
The National Consumer Law Center (NCLC) launched a litigation tracker devoted to cataloging recent consumer law cases challenging abuses by bail and corrections industry actors. The tracker is organized into the following categories: bail, supervision and monitoring, prison communications, and financial services. NCLC hopes the tracker will be used as a tool to foster conversations between advocates and those interested in bringing a case or engaging in policy or other forms of advocacy.
You can access the tracker here.
