SB 597: An Act Concerning the Suspension of Motor Vehicle Operator’s Licenses for Failure to Pay Fines and Fees
This bill eliminates the duty of the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles to suspend a motor vehicle operator’s license for failure to pay a fine or fee associated with a motor vehicle violation.
