Joanna Weiss is the Co-Founder and Co-Executive Director of the Fines and Fees Justice Center (FFJC). Joanna brought over 20 years of experience across the philanthropic and public sectors to launch, along with Lisa Foster, the first national effort to mobilize and support fines and fees reform across the country.

Priya Sarathy Jones is the Co-Executive Director of the Fines and Fees Justice Center (FFJC), bringing nearly 20 years of experience in law, policy, government, and advocacy.

Amy Dixon

Chief Operations and Finance Officer

Amy Dixon is the Chief Operations and Finance Officer at the Fines and Fees Justice Center (FFJC). She is principally responsible for leading FFJC’s financial management and implementing the organization’s strategic vision by translating it into a sound operational plan.

Dylan Hayre is the National Advocacy and Campaigns Director at the Fines and Fees Justice Center (FFJC). He leads the National Advocacy and Campaigns team to help build and sustain the movement for impactful fines and fees reform.

Leisa Moseley-Sayles

Leisa Moseley is the Director of State and Local Advocacy at the Fines and Fees Justice Center (FFJC). She leads FFJC’s talented State Teams’ advocacy efforts, manages our Cities and Counties for Fine and Fee Justice project, and oversees our local-level advocacy efforts across the country.
